How can I verify the availability?

You can quickly narrow your search by using travel dates and filters to find an available listing with the amenities you want. 

How can I request a quote?

In the contact section, fill in the “request for quote” form. We will send you an email with all the proposals for the chosen holiday period.


How to make a direct booking on Cerrano Services

Enter the period and the number of guests, view availability, select the type, confirm and pay.

Howc to confirm a quote

You can accept the quote by clicking on the link in the e-amil, by calling our office or by replying to the quote email.

After clicking on “Accept Quote” you will automatically get an email back saying your reservation is confirmed.

If you want to change the period or the apartment, you have to contact our agency. Please note that availability and price may have changed. Changes to names, personal data or number of guests (up to the maximum allowed) are not subject to a charge.

If you have to cancel your booking, is necessary to call us or send us an e-mail. Cancellation can involve costs. The cancellation conditions are sent by email immediately after booking. The cancellation of the reservation must always be confirmed by us.


The down payment 30% of the total price can be made via bank transfer or credit card. You will find all information you need in the email we send together with the contract. The balance (70 % of the total price) is due on arrival, in cash, credit card or check.

A credit card is required as a guarantee on arrival. No amount will be charged and after the necessary checks on departure the card data will be deleted.

f you forgot to send the down payment, please contact our office as soon as possible. Without an advance payment (30% of the total amount) will the booking cancelled.

Payment terms and conditions are included in the contract, together with your confirmation email.


How do I check-in online?

One week before your stay you will receive an email with a link for online check-in.

Where I collect the keys?

Check in the online check-in email the place indicated for the key collection.

For particular needs you can contact our office. In high season, however, the bookings are always from saturday to saturday.

Guests can get the apartment keys on Saturday from 15:30 to 19:30. If you arrive later, please contact us by phone.

If you arrive earlier, we do not ensure that the apartment is ready. You can check-in, and only if the apartment is clean, you can get the keys. Otherwise you have to come back at 15:30.

We can give you the card for the beach service, so that you can enjoy the sea while waiting for the apartment. If the apartment is not ready and available, we do not give the keys.


Check-out is by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday. If you need to leave earlier, please call us or let us know in chat, so that we can explain you where to leave the keys.

No, we are sorry, but it is not possible because other guest will arrive on the same day.

The apartment must be left in good conditions; the kitchen and the fridge must be clean. This means that there must be no dirty dishes, pans, pots and also the oven must be cleaned. Do not leave anything in the fridge and do not unplug it.
It is strictly forbidden to leave waste in the apartment. According to the calendar, you will find how to recycle every product, the appropriate bins and the place where the rubbish is collected. If you leave the rubbish in the apartment, Euro 50,00 will be deducted from your deposit.

You can take them back to the office where you checked in

Go to the office where you collected the keys or log into your personal profile and pay by credit card. The credentials are the last 4 digits of your phone number and the booking code that you find in the confirmation email.


Our staff is at your disposal for any request, information or problem. We send you all useful information and emergency phone numbers in a e-mail or let’s chat.

The first set of bed linen and towels are included (villas excluded). You can find the bed linen for the sofa in the wardrobe.

The daily or weekly change (sheets + towels) is not provided but can be requested with a supplement of € 15.00 per person.

No, the apartments don’t contain kitchen linen, tablecloths, pot holders, dish and floor clothes. We don’t buy them.

In the apartment you will find everything you need to cook: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc…

You can get the second key on Saturday from 18:00 to 19:30 or in the following days. Please remember, that we need the second key one day before you leave.

The reserved beach includes a beach umbrella with two deck chairs. Any additional request can be arranged directly with the the lifeguard.

The cost for an additional beach umbrella is € 50,00 per week in June-July and €100,00 in August . If you need another deck chairs or sun bed you have to pay the difference directly there.

During the summer, the office is open from 9.00-13.00 and 15:30-19:30 Monday-Saturday. On Sunday: 10:00 – 12:30.
